Service Areas: We Cover All Major Indian Cities and Most Pin Codes. If an Address is Outside Our Serviceable Area, We Will Contact You. We Do Not Ship Internationally.

Delivery Timelines: Orders Are Typically Processed and Dispatched Within 1–2 Business Days of Order Confirmation. Delivery Then Takes About 42–78 Hours (2–3 Business Days) After Dispatch to Most Metro and Major City Addresses. (for Very Remote or Difficult-to-reach Areas, Delivery May Take Longer.) We Will Provide an Estimated Delivery Date After You Place Your Order. For Example, One Peer Brand Notes That Orders Often Arrive Within “1 to 3 Working Days” After Dispatch; Our Target is Similarly Within 2–3 Days to Your Delivery Location.

Packaging: Each 30 Kg Bag is Shipped in a Single Parcel (Couriers Generally Limit One Parcel to 30 Kg. Your Rice Pack Includes Our Freshlock Herbal Pouch to Maintain Freshness During Transit. Ensure Someone is Available at the Delivery Address to Accept and Sign for the Package.

Tracking: Once Your Order is Shipped, You Will Receive an Email or Sms With a Tracking Number. You Can Use This to Monitor Your Shipment’s Status on the Courier’s Website. (as Noted in Other Policies, “tracking Details: Once the Order is Shipped, You May Be Provided With Its Tracking Details You Can Also Log in to Your Account on Our Site to View Tracking Updates.

Shipping Charges: Shipping Costs Are Calculated Based on Your Location and May Be Shown at Checkout. (We May Offer Free Shipping on Orders Above a Certain Size or Value – Please Check the Site for Any Promotions.) Any Applicable Shipping Fee Will Be Clearly Communicated Before You Complete Payment.

Responsibility After Dispatch: The Risk of Loss or Damage to the Goods Passes to You When We Deliver the Package to the Courier. We Take Care to Pack Products Securely, but We Are Not Responsible for Delays, Loss, or Damage Caused by the Courier Once the Item Leaves Our Facility. Please Inspect the Package Upon Delivery: If You Notice Visible Tampering or Damage to the Package, You May Refuse the Shipment. We Are Not Liable for Packages Delayed or Lost Due to Incorrect Address Details Provided by the Customer, Natural Events, Strikes, or Other Unforeseen Events.
